Artist Workshop: Mahboobeh Rajabi

Mahboobeh Rajabi is a digital media artist based in Manchester and founder of DIPACT, a project that focuses on platforming diverse artists. Some of DIPACT projects include a performance showcased at the Japan Day in Manchester 2018, as well as two performances at the Whitworth Gallery commissioned in partnership with Journeys Festival International. Mahboobeh’s artistic practice focuses on co-creation, an alternative methodology that allows artists to work collaboratively with sharing leadership qualities.

Join Mahboobeh for this co-creation workshop, which focuses on how to collaborate and create innovative works in any art format. This workshop is an opportunity for artists to think, have creative conversations and shape ideas, by focusing on their creative talent. The session will encourage participants to think outside the box of structures and limited layouts to produce work. It’s about giving wings to ideas to make them happen.
