Join Zimbabwean chef, Linton Magume, to learn how to cook two flavour-packed dishes loved by our ROOTs group, and passed down through their families.
Alongside an aromatic spiced tomato dish (perfect for serving with rice or chapatis), we’ll be cooking onion bhajis, and there’s even a bonus recipe included on our recipe cards for a chutney dipping sauce for you to really make a meal of it!
