How can historical refugees’ voices be heard in today’s contemporary culture? Join Professor Peter Gatrell, Kasia Nowak and Alex Dowdall University of Manchester to discuss his new research project Reckoning with Refugeedom.

Come along and find out how Journeys Festival International will be working with contemporary artists to respond to archive material, giving a modern voice to historical stories of displacement and forced migration.

Reckoning with Refugeedom is an Arts and Humanities Research Council funded collaborative research project.
