Street Interventions by Kate Daudy

Look out for more iconic felt text adorning the walls of buildings in the city centre with messages that raise awareness of man’s capacity to transcend circumstance and strive for a better future.

The words and ideas will be gathered from Manchester people, past and present, from all walks of life, including newly arrived refugees.

The work explores the notion that our thoughts all weigh the same in the public forum.

Kate Daudy will also create a new map of the Look Up project in Manchester, which maps these written interventions amidst local landmarks, and reveals who said what.

Pick up a copy from one of our partner organisations or Selfridges city centre store.

You can respond with your own map.
