Produced by ArtReach, the Festival takes place for the third year in Manchester
from Thursday 4 – Sunday 14 October 2018. The Festival takes place at various
locations and venues across Manchester.
Working across a wide range of creative media and disciplines, Journeys Festival
International aims to bring the exceptional talent of local, national and international
refugee artists into the public eye. Journeys Festival International combines live
music, workshops, theatre, performance, film, discussion, exhibitions and pop-up
events to create a vibrant and engaging programme of events.
In addition to the core team that produces and manages the Festival, we are
seeking a team of enthusiastic volunteers to help share information at our events,
support artists and workshops, and to help with evaluation tasks, that will enable us
to effectively assess the impact of our work. As well as covering expenses for all
volunteers, we hope that participating in the event will provide a rewarding and
